If you purchased your device from AMDi directly, fill the form below to register your device.

If you purchased your device from a dealer, download and print out a Warranty Card to register your device.

When devices have been purchased from one of our distributors proof of purchase such as a Sales Invoice from the distributor must be mailed or faxed with a copy of this screen. We will then update the warranty once we receive proof of purchase.
